Once we receive and inspect the retuned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email or telephone. If it is approved then you will get your refund within 15 days via bank transfers/e-payment methods. The delivery fees 150 L.E. will be paid by customers in case of returned or exchanged item(s).
