SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping all over Egypt. All orders within Greater Cairo and Giza locations are processed in 5-7 working days. For other locations, orders are processed in 6-8 working days. The delivery fees are paid by customers in case of returned or exchanged item(s). If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with our ordered item(s). Should you wish to return anything purchased from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange an item provided it is in a fully re-salable condition, except for customized posters and puzzles which are non-returnable. You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to return or exchange your purchased item(s). Once we receive and inspect the retuned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email or telephone. If it is approved then you will get your refund within 15 days via bank transfers/e-payment methods. The delivery fees 150 L.E. will be paid by customers in case of returned or exchanged item(s).
PAYMENT METHOD
Cash on Delivery (COD) Pay to our courier man when your order arrives at your doorstep.
